63. Things going on. (August 8, 2012)
Wednesday, August 8, 2012

Hell-oh, sick people!

It has been about two weeks hasn't it, since I've updated. The last time I updated, it was a good week. Ever since, it became stressful to get a single good photo for Studio Lighting. I think my temper is bad when things don't go the way I'd hoped it would. For that, I apologize to my group mates, though they have been patient with me. Or maybe they feel the frustration that I do when we take the picture. But if not for them, I wouldn't have a solid group working together. I love them to bits, despite all the frustration and stress, we can still laugh and cool down. Though on Monday, being sick and having to do Studio Lighting was not a good combination. I am happy that we managed to get the one picture we've been working on for 3 days! GOOD JOB MY GIRLS!

Last Friday, I did manage to catch up with my lovely adventure girls, Ayesha, Ika and Farah for iftar and we played Wii. Ayesha has the most adorable facial expressions when she's angry at me for winning every game. I can't wait to see our reaction video of when we were playing Wii. Gosh, it was a great laugh. Pity Soufi couldn't make it. I did manage to catch up with her today. It was so good to see her and managed to motivate her to study for O Levels. Hoping to see her in Design school next year!

Other than that..................I seem to be out of touch with the world, with the things going on around me. Actually, it has always been like that for me, for months and maybe years. I just don't notice anything, I don't wish to notice and I don't want to notice until the moment someone tells me something, only then I realise that it's always good to be aware of my surroundings. But no, I don't, I like to live in my own little world full of beautiful music and bands and imaginations and dreams and family. That seems to be the only things happening right now. I quite like it, actually. I'm happy...in the saddest way possible.

To add on what has happened in the past week, I've met Aqilah too! SG #bombaybicyclers

Also, I miss my seniors a lot. Oh and the Gymnastics during Olympics are really fun to watch. Proud of my ginger head, Alex Trimble from Two Door Cinema Club who performed for the opening ceremony!

And on another note, I have bought a number of things online this month and can't wait to get the rest of them from shipment! I've also been eyeing on this gorgeous Pewter Koram Flash Dr.Martens. Beauty:

Here's a list of what I've been listening to:
Taro by Alt-J
Tin Man by Future Islands
You Carry Me by Bombay Bicycle Club
It's Alright Now by Bombay Bicycle Club

So much perfection. Have a beautiful last week of Ramadan. Goodbye for now xx

See you strangers.
